The Amateur Killer - Characters

Natalie Prescott (F) - a woman in love with the wrong man. Natalie is guilt-ridden concerning her love for Lucas.  She is tired of the attention her affair is bringing to the group and suggests that they are “the talk of the town”.

Lucas Thompson (M) - a man in the centre of trouble. Lucas is selfish.  He thinks of very little but himself, Natalie, and his ego.  Although he attempts to be as pleasant as possible, Lucas does have a violent past which he does regret.

Daniel Healy (M) - a jealous Director with a cruel mind - Forceful, power driven and vengeful.  Daniel is not a character you wish to cross.

Aiden Critchley (M) - an over protective father. Aiden says what he sees.  He doesn’t hold back punches, metaphorically and realistically.  Although he has good reason to be wary of Daniel’s relationship with his daughter, he is also quite possessive of her.

Lauren Critchley (F) - the nervous partner of Daniel. Lauren is timid and very unsure of herself. Although she is unconfident, she does appear to have more confidence when around her father

Morgan Webb (M) - a reporter who is interested in more than just reporting. Morgan seems pleasant.  However, on second meeting, Morgan is almost snake-like.

Rosie Thompson (F) - the almost forgotten wife of Lucas. She adores Lucas and is close to Natalie.

Detective Gregson (M) - A serious, straight talking detective who has little time for fools

Detective Phillips (F) - A detective with a seemingly keen interest in the case
